The exact amount depends on where you're starting from — a business with strong branding and an active online presence moves faster than one that needs foundational work first. We discuss it openly on your discovery call so there are no surprises. No hidden fees. Ever.

Your monthly fee covers the full managed service — your cirQQle platform, community management, lead generation, engagement campaigns, loyalty programs, push notifications, storefront, analytics, and your weekly strategy call. There are no surprise invoices and no agency-style hourly billing. The only additional cost outside your monthly fee is paid ad spend if your plan includes paid advertising — that budget is agreed upfront and goes directly to the ad platforms, not to us.

Yes. Plans can be upgraded at any time — most businesses start on Starter and move to Growth once they see the results and want to accelerate. Downgrades can happen at the next billing cycle. We'll always be upfront with you about which plan makes the most sense for where your business is right now — we'd rather keep you on the right plan than oversell you on one you don't need yet.

Yes — multi-location support is available on the Scale plan. You can run one brand with multiple location-specific communities, or separate cirQQles for each location under one umbrella. Members can belong to one location's community or all of them. It's designed for franchises, multi-location retailers, and regional service businesses that want consistent brand identity with localised engagement.
