Most businesses are live within one to two weeks. On DIY you follow our guides at your own pace. On Base and Growth, a success manager does the groundwork with you — building your cirQQle, setting up your first rewards and preparing your invite kit — and on Growth we also connect your website, social and sales channels. Setup time depends on where you're starting from. If your brand and messaging are already solid, we move fast. If there's groundwork to lay first, we lay it properly so the launch actually lands.

Very little. A discovery call, access to your existing brand assets (logo, colours, website), and, on Growth, access to your social media accounts so we can connect your channels. We'll ask questions about your business, your customers, your goals, and what's worked (or hasn't) in the past. The more context you give us, the sharper your launch — but we've built cirQQles from almost nothing before and we know how to fill the gaps.

None. You don't need to write code or configure anything technical to run your cirQQle, and every plan comes with guides and email support. How hands-on you are is the choice between plans. On DIY and Base you run the day to day yourself, with Base adding a success manager for onboarding and a monthly check in. On Growth our team sends the campaigns and runs your social media, and a bi-weekly strategy call keeps you in the loop.

No long-term contract. We earn your business every month. If cirQQles isn't delivering, you can cancel — no penalties, no fine print. That said, the businesses that give it 90 days consistently see the kind of results that make cancellation the last thing on their mind. Growth compounds. The longer you're on the road, the more valuable your cirQQle becomes.

Cancel anytime — no penalties, no hostage-taking. Your cirQQle stays live and your members stay put. What stops is what your paid plan added — the higher member and campaign limits, the extra admin logins and, on Base and Growth, the support and the work our team does for you. You can move to the Free Forever plan instead of leaving, and it still includes mobile notifications. The community is yours forever. What you do with it is up to you. The road stays open. We just stop driving.

Your monthly fee covers everything in your plan — the cirQQle platform, storefront, loyalty programs, mobile notifications and analytics on every plan, plus the support and done-for-you work your plan includes. The pricing page lists exactly what each plan covers. The one cost on top is a one-time onboarding fee on Base and Growth, which depends on how complex your setup is; DIY and Free Forever have none. There are no surprise invoices and no agency-style hourly billing.

Yes. Plans can be upgraded at any time — most businesses start on Base and move to Growth once they see the results and want to accelerate. Downgrades can happen at the next billing cycle. We'll always be upfront with you about which plan makes the most sense for where your business is right now — we'd rather keep you on the right plan than oversell you on one you don't need yet.

Customers join through a simple opt-in process — via a link, a QR code, a social post, or your website. They choose to join your cirQQle directly, which means every member is a genuinely interested, opted-in customer. We build the join flow as part of your setup and integrate it into your existing channels so that every customer touchpoint becomes an opportunity to grow your community.

When we build your cirQQle, Q-Pilot analyses your business, brand, and audience to generate personalised content — posts, offers, campaigns, and storefront copy — tailored specifically to your business. It's the difference between generic marketing templates and content that actually sounds like your brand. Q-Pilot runs in the background continuously, keeping your cirQQle fresh and your members engaged without you having to write a word.

Your cirQQle comes with a built-in digital storefront where you can sell products, services, packages, memberships, and offers directly to your community. When you want to sell, you send a push notification — your members tap it, land on your storefront, and can purchase instantly. No third-party marketplace. No commission taken by a platform. No ad budget needed to reach them. Just a direct line from your offer to the people who already said yes to being in your world.

Yes — multi-location support is available on the Growth plan. You can run one brand with multiple location-specific communities, or separate cirQQles for each location under one umbrella. Members can belong to one location's community or all of them. It's designed for franchises, multi-location retailers, and regional service businesses that want consistent brand identity with localised engagement. We'll design the right structure for your business on the discovery call.

Most businesses see early engagement and member growth within the first 30 days. Meaningful revenue impact typically becomes visible between 60–90 days as the community grows and the push notification and storefront channels mature. cirQQles is not a quick-fix ad campaign — it's a compounding asset. The bi-weekly strategy call comes with the Growth plan: a standing 30-minute session with your dedicated cirQQles team every two weeks. We review what happened since the last one — member growth, engagement rates, storefront performance, and campaign results — and align on what's happening next. You stay in the loop without being in the weeds. You make the strategic decisions about your business. We execute everything in between. It's the conversation that keeps the growth engine pointed in the right direction. On Base, a monthly check in with your success manager does the same job with a lighter touch.
